BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Go to design and maintain high-concurrency backend services powering our core infrastructure and microservices. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable, robust code across distributed environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Go.
• Strong expertise in building high-concurrency backend services and microservices.
• Proficiency in developing and consuming REST and gRPC APIs.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and understanding of concurrency patterns.
• Hands-on familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance backend services and APIs using Go.
• Implement efficient concurrency patterns to handle high-volume data and requests.
• Optimize and maintain database interactions using PostgreSQL for data integrity and performance.
• Containerize services using Docker and coordinate deployments within Kubernetes environments.
• Manage and scale cloud-based services across AWS or GCP infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure best practices in microservices architecture and API design.
