Ideal candidates have 5+ years in backend, proficiency in Go, Java or Python, experience with Docker/Kubernetes, and strong collaboration skills for a distributed team.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and developing microservices architectures.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Go, Java, Python).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of API design principles (RESTful).
• Experience with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote work.
