At BairesDev®, we are a global technology partner delivering cutting-edge backend solutions. We are seeking a Software Engineer specialized in Go to build and maintain high-concurrency services and microservices powering our core infrastructure.

You will design, implement, and optimize Go-based services, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to scalable APIs and database interactions. This 100% remote role offers flexible hours and competitive USD or local currency compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with Go.
• Experience building high-concurrency backend services.
• Proficiency with REST and gRPC APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and concurrency patterns.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud familiarity with AWS or GCP.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop high-performance backend services and APIs using Go.
• Implement efficient concurrency patterns to handle high-volume data and requests.
• Optimize and maintain database interactions using PostgreSQL for data integrity and performance.
• Containerize services using Docker and coordinate deployments within Kubernetes environments.
• Manage and scale cloud-based services across AWS or GCP infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure best practices in microservices architecture and API design.
