Job summary

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is seeking a Web Content Specialist to join the web content publishing team. You will manage end-to-end publishing for global, local, and localized product content, ensuring UX and authoring standards are met using AEM, and collaborating with marketing, IT, and translation teams.

Responsibilities include QA, go-live execution, localization support, and maintaining publishing health with tools like Power BI, Percolate/Workfront.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital content publishing, ideally within multinational or shared services environments.
• Experience managing projects, publishing workflows, task prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration using Jira, Workfront, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience applying Continuous Improvement methodologies (A3, gemba, VSM, PDCA, RCA) in an office environment.
• Understanding of Scrum/agile methodology.
• Strong understanding of web standards, UX principles, and SEO best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience with translation workflows and tools (e.g., GlobalLink, Workfront) is advantageous.
• Advanced English proficiency (Full professional)

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end web publishing activities for global, localized, and local web product content, including QA and go-live execution.
• Ensure content meets UX and AEM authoring standards and aligns with brand and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across global marketing, IT, and translation teams for timely content delivery.
• Adapt to schedules in daily or weekly content publishing and tight deadlines.
• Create new web pages and manage existing ones, leveraging experience fragments.
• Understand product data flow and connect SKU to product pages.
• Work with MDM, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Translation, and IT to align priorities.
• Prioritize projects based on deadlines and support NPI, product pages, and campaigns.
• Possess problem-solving skills to identify and address root causes.
• Utilize Power BI, Percolate/Workfront, and AEM to track publishing health and report on performance.
• Support team lead and provide backup in their absence.
