Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner helping brands design, build and deliver innovative products. We seek a Traffic Analyst in Juarez Sur to support import/export activities and optimize transportation costs.

You will work under the Import/Export Manager to analyze market information, negotiate transport options, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role focuses on coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining metrics, and collaborating with agents and carriers to achieve

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Plans, schedules, and routes inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments of freight.
• Familiar with applicable laws, tariffs, and Flex policies.
• Maintains Traffic Metrics daily/weekly/monthly.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, record and report on market information for transportation methods.
• Assist in price negotiations and determine cost effective transportation methods.
• Ensure lowest cost transportation by auditing carrier costs and performances.
• Prepare import/export control certifications and licenses where required.
• Coordinate packing, shipping and routing of products.
