Job summary

Signify is seeking a Logistics & Customs Supervisor to join our Mexicali site. You will oversee local, regional, and global trade compliance, customs operations and partnerships with carriers and brokers.

You’ll define strategies, monitor laws, and lead a team to ensure compliant, cost-effective import/export activities aligned with IMMEX requirements. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a related field, 3+ years in trade compliance, and strong English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in trade compliance, customs operations, or supply chain management with international trade focus.
• CCS or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Advanced English required.
• Strong knowledge of IMMEX, Annex 24/30, and cross-border transport.

Responsibilities

• Oversees local, regional, and global customs and trade compliance processes.
• Drives cost mitigation opportunities and optimizes import/export activities.
• Develops strategic policies to enable fair trade and mitigate risks.
• Provides training and guidance to teams on trade regulations.
• Manages relationships with customs brokers and carriers; leads audits.
