Empresa Confidencial in Mexico City is seeking a Foreign Trade Coordinator – Import & Export to plan, coordinate, and execute import/export operations for beverages and spirits. The role ensures customs, tax, health, and regulatory compliance in origin and destination.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of foreign trade experience, and advanced English. On-site, full-time position with a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Customs, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in foreign trade operations.
• Experience with the export of alcoholic beverages, tequila, spirits, or consumer goods is preferred.
• Advanced English is REQUIRED; interview in English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the execution of import and export operations for finished goods and materials.
• Prepare and review customs and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with origin/destination regulations.
• Coordinate with foreign trade specialists, customer service, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
• Track international shipments, transit times, customs clearance, and deliveries.
• Monitor KPIs and OTIF performance.
• Oversee logistics costs and sample shipments for teams.
• Follow up on regulatory issues and escalate when necessary.
• Consolidate reports on shipments, incidents, costs, and SLAs.
• Communicate with Logistics, Supply Planning, Production, Finance, Legal, and International Commercial teams.
• Participate in new market expansion projects and continuous process improvement.
• Support audits related to international operations.
