Outset, a medical device innovator, seeks a Logistics & Trade Compliance Specialist to oversee cross-border operations in North America with a focus on Mexico.

You will ensure compliance with USMCA, Mexican Customs, VAT, and related frameworks; maintain Annex 24 and IMMEX coordination; support CTPAT security and audits. A Bachelor's in logistics plus 5+ years' experience is required, with ERP/TMS proficiency and strong English skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or trade compliance.
• Strong knowledge of USMCA, customs compliance.
• Experience with ERP/TMS systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including USMCA, Mexican Customs Law, VAT Certification.
• Maintain Annex 24 system inventory controls, imports/exports, and IMMEX coordination.
• Support CTPAT security criteria, including procedures and partner validation.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to trade compliance programs.
