Outset is seeking a Logistics & Trade Compliance Specialist to ensure full compliance with international trade regulations across North America, with a focus on Mexico. The role supports import/export operations and acts as a key control point for customs documentation, audits, and regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in logistics or trade compliance, strong knowledge of USMCA, and experience with ERP systems and TMS. English communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or trade compliance.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and USMCA.
• Proficiency with ERP and TMS systems.
• HTS codes or trade compliance certifications a plus.
• Experience with automated routing systems and multi-location inventory.
• Experience in last-mile delivery operations.
• English communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations including USMCA and Mexican Customs Law (IVA).
• Maintain Annex 24 compliance and inventory reconciliation with IMMEX operations.
• Support CTPAT security criteria and partner compliance validation.
• Assist internal and external audits of trade compliance programs (Annex 24, CTPAT, OEA, customs).
