Corning Incorporated is seeking a Global Supply Chain Transformation Program Manager to lead enterprise initiatives across its Optical Communications Solutions group. You will define supply chain strategies, align senior stakeholders, and translate priorities into scalable solutions that boost efficiency, agility, and customer value.

You will partner with global experts and technology teams to standardize processes, optimize systems, and realize measurable operational improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive supply chain experience, including leadership of complex programs or projects.
• Broad expertise across supply chain operations: planning, forecasting, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, or logistics.
• Experience using ERP systems and advanced supply chain technologies to improve performance.
• Strong program/project management capabilities with structured methodologies and governance.
• Experience leading digital transformation and large-scale process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional supply chain programs from strategy and business case through implementation and benefits realization.
• Define program vision, execution plans, and roadmaps across forecasting, planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and logistics.
• Partner with leaders and technical teams to standardize processes and deliver measurable improvements.
• Drive digital transformation and lean initiatives using data-driven analysis and change management.
• Communicate program progress, risks, dependencies, decisions and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
