In this role you will analyze data using SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel, collaborate with cross-functional teams across countries, and implement sustainable improvements that become part of our operating rhythm.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with relevant professional experience.
• Experience working with data analytics and translating insights into practical business improvements.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions, countries, and organizational levels.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with SAP, Anaplan, advanced Excel, or similar planning and analytics tools, combined with excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive supply chain improvement initiatives that enhance inventory performance, delivery reliability, and operational efficiency across factories and distribution sites.
• Analyze business and supply chain data using tools such as SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders globally to identify constraints, challenge existing processes, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Support the expansion and continuous development of segmentation practices while helping establish them as an integrated part of our fulfilment processes.
• Facilitate performance reviews, process governance, and continuous improvement activities that strengthen our global supply chain capabilities.
