Chain IQ is seeking a Sourcing Marketing & Corporate Travel Consultant to deliver strategic sourcing across marketing, media, advertising, production, and corporate travel. You will collaborate with clients to define sourcing strategies and optimize supplier performance on regional and global scales.

The role requires RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, negotiations, and contract management, plus data-driven spend analysis and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of sourcing/procurement or category management experience.
• Experience sourcing marketing, media, advertising, production, corporate travel, meetings and events, or related professional services categories.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across marketing, media, advertising, production, and corporate travel categories.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define sourcing strategies, and deliver procurement solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Manage RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract award processes.
• Conduct market analysis, supplier research, benchmarking, and spend analysis to support data-driven sourcing decisions.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts to achieve optimal pricing, service levels, and commercial outcomes.
• Provide category expertise and market insights across marketing services, media buying, corporate travel, meetings and events, and related supplier categories.
• Support supplier selection, onboarding, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, risk, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance requirements.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, supplier innovations, and emerging opportunities within marketing and corporate travel markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to support successful sourcing outcomes.
