Job summary

KION Group is seeking an SAP MES/DM Consultant to join the Manufacturing IT Global Team in Monterrey. You will support and advance SAP MES/DM solutions across production environments, collaborate with global and local stakeholders, and drive rollouts and enhancements in a multinational setting.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and knowledge sharing, with strong English communication requirements for international projects.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in SAP MES/DM or related manufacturing tech environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MES and/or SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM).
• Understanding of MES and shop-floor environments and how IT supports production.
• Experience with SAP configuration and customization.
• Experience with system integrations and interfaces in manufacturing environments.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and further develop SAP MES/DM applications within the Manufacturing Execution environment.
• Configure and customize SAP manufacturing applications to meet business and production requirements.
• Support decentralized shop-floor systems and their integration with SAP solutions.
• Design and implement interfaces and customer-specific solutions in the Manufacturing Execution landscape.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
• Create concepts and support realization, implementation, testing, and deployment of new solutions and enhancements.
• Create and maintain system and process documentation, including developments and adaptations.
• Support international rollouts of SAP MES/DM across locations and participate in international projects.
