KION Group IT is seeking a SAP Basis Administrator to join the Global Team responsible for SAP Systems and related SaaS & PaaS services. The role focuses on SAP BT projects including SAP BTP, SaaS & PaaS services, and North American SAP Systems, in collaboration with our outsourcing partner.

The position emphasizes administration, system monitoring, incident support, and contributions to the IT Service Hub development in Monterrey.

Formación

5+ years hands-on experience in SAP applications maintenance with a focus on SAP Basis.
Experience in the SAP BTP environment and in operating cloud connectors.
Experience supporting an S/4HANA transformation project.
SAP Netweaver ABAP and Java.
SAP Netweaver Java MES work experience is an advantage.
SAP consulting background would be beneficial.
Structured way of working and a hands-on mentality.
Strong communication skills within a multicultural environment.
A project-related willingness to travel internationally.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

Cross-location and administration support of the system landscapes with a focus on SAP Basis.
Coordinate and control the external service provider in the SAP area and form the interface to the application team.
Administration of all of KION's SAP Systems and support of the application developers and the business.
Carry out daily system checks as well as performance monitoring and derive measures for optimization.
Provide incident support (2nd / 3rd level support) and implementation support of changes/release.
Support of global SAP BT rollout project waves, SAP upgrades, implementation, and introductions, possibly also as a technical sub-project manager.
