Kestrel Vision in Mexico City is seeking a Revenue Cycle Accountant to ensure accurate revenue-related transactions, close processes, and tax compliance support across multinational operations.

The role requires a strong accounting foundation, 5+ years of experience, and fluency in English. You will work with Billing, Collections, and Finance teams to maintain controls and drive process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including revenue accounting and month-end close.
• Experience with intercompany accounting, balance confirmations, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Record, review, and validate revenue-related transactions.
• Support revenue recognition and related adjustments.
• Collaborate with Billing, Collections, Cash Applications, Sales Operations, and Finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify process gaps within the revenue cycle and recommend improvements.
• Perform monthly close activities and tie-outs between subledgers and GL.
• Prepare journal entries with adequate support and timely posting.
• Coordinate tax compliance information and support audits.
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and settlements.
