Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support the Global Quality Leader for Projects & Services in maintaining a scalable, compliant Quality Management System. You will drive ISO 9001 certification readiness, QMS documentation, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement across a global organization.

You will lead cross-functional quality activities, embed quality requirements into project execution and service delivery, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure timely

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in quality engineering, quality systems, compliance, or related roles.
• Experience implementing, maintaining, or improving an ISO 9001-certified QMS, including controlled documentation and audit readiness.
• Hands-on experience conducting internal audits and supporting external, registrar, or customer audits.
• Proven capability in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action, effectiveness verification, and closure of nonconformities.
• Experience in a project-based and services business, with an understanding of project lifecycle, field execution, service delivery, and customer-facing quality risks.
• Strong written communication, facilitation, analytical, project coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently across regions and time zones, manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and deliver commitments on schedule.

Responsabilités

• Support ISO 9001 certification planning, audits, and closure of findings.
• Maintain and enhance QMS to stay compliant and current.
• Create and control quality documents, forms, and records.
• Plan and conduct internal audits; support external audits.
• Lead RCA, CAPA actions and verify effectiveness.
• Embed quality requirements into project execution and service delivery.
• Track QMS health, audit progress, and communicate risks.
• Drive continuous improvement and share lessons across regions.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to close quality actions.
