Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure components and assemblies meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements, while mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement.

You will lead inspections, review drawings and GD&T, use calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and optical comparators, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supplier Quality to support production and cost-reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field (bachelor’s preferred).
• Minimum 1+ years of quality control or inspection experience
• Experience with precision measuring equipment
• Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle)

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and assemblies
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements
• Utilize precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, optical comparator)
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supplier Quality teams
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Support production team in day-to-day activities
• Validate when defective material is reported by production team
• Prolonged standing and use of inspection tools.
• Occasional lifting.
