Daimler Truck AG is seeking a procurement-focused professional to support buyers with requisitions, RFQs, and contract creation for parts and materials. The role involves data analysis, report creation, and collaboration with international teams within the purchasing function.

The candidate should have a degree in Supply and Logistics or Business Administration and be proficient in MS Office. English level is B2 and Spanish level is C1.

Formación

• Experience in automotive purchasing preferred.
• Ability to work with international and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Interpretation of technical drawings/specs.
• 1+ year experience in purchasing processes recommended.
• English level: B2; Spanish level: C1.

Responsabilidades

• Support buyers with Requisitions, RFQs, quote comparisons, and contract creation for new parts.
• Create standard and ad hoc reports and presentations.
• Support internal and external customers and manage deadlines for procurement.
• Execute ad hoc requests (e.g., RM weight validation, ANP Support).
• Maintain master data and perform data analysis.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement measures.
• Assist with supplier code creation and eDocs registration (ECF).
• Assist tooling hand-offs and resolve GR errors or price discrepancies.
