Hunters, a Mexican chemical industry company, seeks a National & International Purchasing Manager to lead end-to-end procurement and import operations. You will develop purchasing plans, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost accuracy across domestic and international sourcing in line with company policies.

The role requires engineering background, strong English, 3+ years in purchasing/import, and solid knowledge of international trade and costing.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred) or related field.
• Advanced Business/Technical English is required.
• Minimum of 3 years in purchasing and import operations within chemical/plastics/rubber/manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of international trade and import procedures.
• Experience in product costing and cost analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Availability for occasional business travel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop purchasing plans based on sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end import process with international suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop domestic and international suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain accurate product cost calculations.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives and document achieved savings.
• Coordinate national and international logistics operations.
