Kongsberg Maritime Mexico offers an exciting Technical Support Engineer role within the Global Customer Support team. You will provide propulsion product technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver recommendations to customers worldwide from the Veracruz region.

The position requires strong English communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and willingness to travel locally and internationally. Work location is Boca del Río, Veracruz, with competitive salary and benefits.

Formación

• Fluent spoken and written English, including technical terminology.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel locally and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for propulsion products to internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues according to documented processes.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver technical guidance and service improvements.
• Offer remote and on-site support as needed and prepare technical documentation.
