FORTNA seeks a Project Controls Manager in Mexico City to implement project control methodologies and manage the financial performance of client projects in support of delivery. You will provide guidance with respect to international purchases, importing and international tax issues, interacting with all management levels regularly.

You will also implement earned value processes, interface with project accountants, and support procurement and tax reporting across international projects,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of eight years of related accounting experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a high-growth environment.
• Strong Excel skills and business software knowledge.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~5%).

Responsabilidades

• Manage financial aspects of client projects in support of the delivery project manager.
• Provide support for international projects including contract development and conformance with standards.
• Implement earned value performance measurement with the PM team.
• Interface with project accountants and support on projects.
• Assist finance with international tax reporting for corporate and individual.
• Support procurement on international purchases, importing, and duties.
• Communicate contract documents, change orders, and approvals to project managers.
• Analyze variances and forecast cost overruns; report to management.
