Siemens Santa Catarina site seeks an experienced engineering leader to own circuit breaker product lifecycle and drive reliability across global teams. You will guide design, validation, and certification, coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and labs, and lead cost-reduction initiatives while preserving safety and performance.

The role requires a strong background in sustaining engineering, product lifecycle management, and international certification processes, with proven leadership in

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in electrical products, power distribution or industrial automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own lifecycle management of assigned circuit breaker product families.
• Ensure product continuity, reliability, manufacturability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions for field quality issues and manufacturing challenges.
• Manage engineering changes, product modifications, and supplier-driven changes.
• Support manufacturing plants in resolving technical issues impacting safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Lead efforts to improve product robustness and reliability.
• Coordinate design verification, validation, and certification activities.
