Job summary

Vistance Networks seeks a Product Compliance Staff Engineer to lead regulatory certification and market access globally for electronic products. This role ensures compliance across regions and enables successful product launches by coordinating with laboratories, cert bodies, and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in NOM Mexico, environmental and product safety standards, RF/EMC, and global market access.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
5-8+ years of experience in product compliance or certification roles.
Experience in regulatory compliance within telecommunications or broadband networks preferred.
Proven experience managing global certification and compliance programs.
Hands-on with EMC, RF, product safety compliance; NOM and Mexico regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product certification processes across LATAM, NA, Europe and Asia.
Define and execute global certification strategies for electronic products.
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Product safety, EMC, RF and Labelling requirements.
Coordinate with external labs and certification bodies (ANCE, UL, TÜV, Intertek, etc.).
Prepare regulatory documentation and manage compliance lifecycle including renewals.
