Fuller Technologies in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Buyer to support purchasing activities across the Americas. You will obtain supplier quotations, place purchase orders, track confirmations, and resolve order issues with internal teams and suppliers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in supply chain or related field and 2–4 years of procurement experience, with strong Excel and ERP skills; familiarity with BOMs and reading drawings is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 2–4 years of purchasing, procurement, buying, or related supply chain experience preferred.
• Understanding of procurement processes, including supplier selection, quotation evaluation, and purchase order placement.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency working with data and spreadsheets.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Oracle or a similar ERP system.
• Experience working with bills of materials (BOMs).
• Commercial and technical aptitude for evaluating supplier offers.
• Experience working with international suppliers is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints is desirable.
• Knowledge of cement or industrial equipment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain supplier quotations and pricing to support proposals and purchasing requirements.
• Create and place purchase orders in accordance with procurement processes and business needs.
• Track supplier order confirmations and follow up on outstanding purchasing requirements.
• Evaluate supplier offers from both commercial and technical perspectives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve purchasing, delivery, and order-related issues.
• Review bills of materials and technical documentation to support purchasing activities.
• Maintain accurate purchasing information and documentation within applicable systems.
• Analyze purchasing data and spreadsheets to support procurement activities and decision-making.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and timely follow-through.
