Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is building its procurement function and seeks a Procurement Analyst to shape how we buy, not just execute. You will help run source-to-pay with strong controls, audit-ready documentation, and clear separation between procurement and payment across regions.

You will manage end-to-end purchasing across software, cloud, services, hardware, and facilities, collaborating with Legal and Finance to optimize spend in a fast-growth, IPO-ready environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or related P2P function.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa and Zip or other modern procurement tools.
• Familiarity with corporate procurement policies, internal controls, and segregation of duties.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing operations across spend categories (software, cloud, services, hardware, facilities) with PO issuance in Zip/Coupa.
• Review requests for budget, policy compliance, and approvals; issue and track POs.
• Support RFQ/RFP processes, document selection rationale, and partner with Legal and business owners.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and segregation of duties between procurement and payment.
• Support multi-currency, cross-border purchasing and vendor onboarding.
