Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Manager to lead CSIS activities across multiple Citi facilities. You will manage security risk assessments, incident response, and crisis management, ensuring safety of employees and protection of assets.

This role requires strong leadership, travel readiness, and the ability to coordinate with HR, Legal, and external agencies while maintaining Citi standards.

Formación

• 6-10 years of experience in corporate security or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead security teams and manage large programs.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; strong written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily security operations for Citi facilities and programs.
• Perform security risk assessments and oversee remediation.
• Oversee vendor management and incident response across locations.
• Participate in crisis management with HR and other stakeholders.
• Interface with senior leaders and external agencies to ensure security standards.
