The successful candidate will define performance strategies, analyze data for actionable insights, and collaborate with various internal teams. A minimum of 4 years in performance marketing is required, along with proficiency in key advertising tools.

The position supports a flexible work format: 90% remote and 10% on-site.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital media—ideally with international campaigns.
• Professional English proficiency (C1 or higher) for business communication.
• Solid understanding of attribution, data modeling, and ROI/ROAS optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead multichannel performance strategies aligned with client goals.
• Analyze global campaign data to generate actionable insights.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards in Looker Studio.
