A global payroll solutions provider is seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage payroll processes for various countries. In this fully remote role, you will ensure compliance, maintain payroll records, and build relationships with vendors. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years' experience in payroll for Latin American countries and will be fluent in English. Competitive compensation and flexible work hours are part of the offer.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience working with payroll for Argentina, Mexico, and/or Chile.
• Experience with in-house payroll processing and vendor management is a strong plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process both Global Payroll (GP) and EOR payrolls ensuring compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with payroll vendors.
• Manage the Zendesk ticket queue providing timely responses.
