Job summary

Bosch Home Comfort is seeking a Category Manager for Source 1 to drive revenue growth and margin improvement across our parts portfolio. You will define which categories and which PNs to offer, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize the mix and pricing.

This role collaborates across teams to achieve KPI targets including revenue, cost reduction, and working capital optimization. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in supply chain, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), strong communication, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in supply chain.
• HVAC / Distribution experience preferred.
• Willing to travel globally (≈25%).
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the Source 1 parts supply chain.
• Strategic analysis of which part categories to offer and PN selections.
• Strategic supplier selection including distributors vs direct to manufacturer.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to improve revenue, reduce costs, and optimize working capital.
• Influence cross-functional teams to align program outcomes.
• Track project deliverables and close issues.
