A leading chemical company in Mexico City is seeking an experienced R&D Manager to oversee the NPP Research area. Responsibilities include budget management and ensuring customer needs are met with innovative product solutions. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in R&D management, a strong background in chemistry or related fields, and advanced English proficiency.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in R&D management with knowledge of regulatory procedures.
• Experience in managing chemical, biochemical, and biotechnological processes.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, proposal and administration of NPP Resarch area budget and CAPEX and contribute in strategic agenda to reach the company goals
• Enssure the attention of technical and strategic necessities of customers related with NPP products, training and capacitation
• Assure the continuos innovation and delivery of new NPP products, processes and solutions
• Enssure the optimal and efficient performance of the team, focus in results and go to market visón of the research team

Experience

5 years of experience in R&D management, knowledge of regulatory procedures - product registration, chemical, biochemical, and biotechnological manufacturing processes, plant physiology and nutrition, organic and inorganic chemistry, biotechnology, molecular biology, quality, and supply.

Requirements
