Clarios, LLC in Nuevo León (San Pedro Garza García) is seeking an Immigration Analyst to oversee global mobility compliance and case management for expatriates, employees, and new hires traveling internationally.

You will collaborate with HR, legal counsel, and vendors to manage visa petitions, renewals, and work authorizations across regions, monitor regulatory updates, and drive process improvements for an efficient immigration program.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Human Resources, Law, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Global Mobility or Immigration Services.
• 2+ years supporting U.S. immigrant and nonimmigrant visa processes.
• Strong understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Manage immigration cases from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and deadlines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsored employees, managers, HR partners, and immigration vendors.
• Coordinate U.S. nonimmigrant visa processes (H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.) and immigrant processes.
• Liaise with immigration vendors and external counsel to ensure timely case initiation, processing, renewals, and closure.
• Monitor changes in immigration laws and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and analyze immigration data, trends, and metrics.
