Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a Materials Planner to ensure material availability, manage supplier performance, and align cross-functional teams with production requirements. You will work within a global supplier network and contribute to continuous improvement in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing global suppliers.
• Experience with suppliers across steel, plastic, and other manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, materials planning, inventory control, and supplier management processes.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP, for planning and procurement activities.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure material availability and manage supplier performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support production requirements.
• Communicate critical component risks and drive supplier collaboration to prevent disruptions.
• Administer SAP processes including purchase requisitions, exception messages, MRP parameters, and inventory management (DOH).
• Coordinate with Launch, Logistics, Import/Export, Warehouse, Packaging, and Customer Service teams to ensure material flow continuity.
• Support compliance with MAHLE Production System (MPS), MMOG/LE, BIQS, MSA, IATF 16949, and VDA standards.
