The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Senior Director, Software Engineering to lead end-to-end product development across MarTech, AdTech, Customer and Commercial platforms worldwide. The role oversees a 250+ engineering organization and drives AI-enabled delivery, resilience, and performance on a global scale.

Leading with a blend of deep technical authority and product orientation, you will partner with Product Management and Design, shape technical strategy, and influence executive decision-making

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience with senior leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading engineering organizations within a product-centric environment.
• 5+ years leading organizational transformation at scale.
• 10+ years building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a global, distributed engineering organization under the Product Operating Model.
• Own end-to-end development for MarTech and AdTech products globally.
• Define and evolve the technical strategy, architecture, and engineering practices for scalable platforms.
• Champion Generative AI capabilities across the full SDLC and product portfolio.
