The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead a global MarTech/AdTech platform engineering organization. You will shape engineering strategy, drive end-to-end delivery, and ensure resilience and performance across regions.

You will champion Generative AI across the SDLC, build empowered teams, and partner with Product Management and Design to deliver measurable business impact at scale.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience with senior leadership roles
• 5+ years leading engineering organizations in product-centric environments
• 5+ years leading organizational transformation at scale
• 10+ years building and scaling engineering teams with leaders
• Strong partnership with Product Management and Product Design

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing globally distributed engineering organization
• Own end-to-end development for global product portfolios
• Define and evolve technical strategy, architecture, and practices
• Champion Generative AI across the full SDLC and product portfolio
• Engage with senior executives translating complex tech into business outcomes
• Influence enterprise technology direction and investment priorities
• Ensure durability, operability, and speed across platforms
