Cisco is seeking a Global Manufacturing Operations Testing Engineer to lead validation of manufacturing processes and product quality through rigorous testing. You will define the testing strategy for new products, guide the test team, and collaborate with global teams to improve workflows and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering within a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• Own end-to-end test strategy from ICT to Functional system test; optimize time, detection, coverage and cost.
• Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production issues and optimize testing methodologies.
• Support new product introductions by validating manufacturing readiness and process capability.
• Manage functional test capacity, expansion planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain functional test, system level test, chamber, burn-in, stress tests, fixtures, and golden units.
• Utilize data analytics to drive yield improvements from large manufacturing datasets.
