Job summary

Datwyler Group is seeking a Logistics professional to coordinate domestic and international shipments, plan transportation services, and monitor deliveries from our Querétaro plant. The role supports customer delivery requirements, optimizes transportation costs, and ensures compliance with internal procedures and trade regulations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a logistics-related field and 3–5 years in traffic/logistics within manufacturing, plus strong English communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in traffic, transportation, logistics, or supply chain within manufacturing.
• Languages: Intermediate to advanced English for professional communication with suppliers, customers, and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of raw materials, components, supplies, and finished goods.
• Plan and assign transportation services according to production, customer, and supplier requirements.
• Monitor pickups, shipments, and deliveries through final destination.
• Coordinate operations with carriers, logistics providers, customs brokers, and other service providers.
• Ensure timely transportation capacity according to the shipping schedule.
• Manage transportation disruptions, delays, rejections, claims, and incidents.
