Job summary

Lenovo, a global technology company, is seeking a logistics procurement professional in Monterrey to support AG regions, Brazil, and Lenovo business units.

You will work on RFQs/RFIs, contract management, rate updates, and supplier performance across 3PLs/4PLs, coordinating with Legal and the Payment team. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus; prior logistics experience is desired.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting logistics sourcing and procurement execution.
• Knowledge of RFQ/RFI processes and benchmarking.
• Ability to work with Legal / CLM contracts and contract optimization.
• Strong vendor relationship management and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support regional logistics procurement across Americas and Brazil.
• Assist RFQ/RFI, benchmarking, and business cases.
• Support contract management and tariff/rate tracking in LCMS.
• Coordinate supplier QBRs and monthly/quarterly market updates.
• Collaborate with Legal, Trax payments, and Logistics teams.

Description and Requirements

• Support on AG scope (NA, LA-S and CAC regions) and Brazil.
• Support to Lenovo BUs: IDG (PC and Motorola), ISG and SSG.
• Support on Logistics suppliers sourcing and procurement execution for AG logistics operations including but not limited to VMI, Warehousing, Customs Brokearage, Domestic transportation (Ground Transportaion FTL/LTL, Air, ecommerce/parcel, etc), Global Trade Compliance, Import & Export, support international transportation (Air/Ocean), every element of the Supply Chain.
• Support on RFQs, RFIs and benchmarkings.
• Support on Logistics Contract management including not limited to administration, update, amendments, achieve etc. making sure no legal exposure in any circumstances
• Supporting Commercial negotiation with 3PLs,
• Supporting logistics Solution and network design,
• Supporting Suppliers’ Monthly and quarterly reviews, performance management including not limited to metrics KPIs, process improvements, corrective actions and operational highlights & lowlights,
• Daily operation and assignment, rates/tariffs management, contract deployments, negotiations, etc.
• Working side by side with Legal dept. / CLM-Docusign contracts / Contracts optimization (i.e. Cequence).
• Support on tracking and standardization of Contracts and Tariffs/Rates such as effective-expiration dates, follow-up, creation of reference #s, uploading of contracts and tariffs/rates in LCMS – Logistics Contract Management System.
• Support/gathering information for RFQ (Request for Quotation), RFI (Request for Information), Benchmarking, Business Cases, Assessments, etc.
• Provide rate creations and updates to Payment Team/Trax (3rd Party) for Freight Invoice Auditing and payments. / Support on Trax projects (i.e. Fast-Trax)
• Support on business cases, projects, rates analysis & contracts.
• Schedule, set up and follow up Supplier QBR's (Quarterly Business Reviews) across the continent when needed.
• Support Logistics Procurement team (Americas Region) and Lenovo stakeholders when needed to deal with the situation at hand.
• Maintain good supplier relationship
• Market Updates (AG region/countries) – Monthly / Quarterly.
• 4PL support (i.e. Leshines, a Lenovo company) and 3PLs as needed.
• Support to LME and GSC Global Logistics.
