British American Tobacco México is seeking an International Logistics Intern in Monterrey to support export shipments by sea and air to Caribbean markets and end markets. You will follow up shipments, coordinate with planning, and assist with SAP PO/TO creation while monitoring KPIs and supplier payments.
The role requires advanced English and studies in International Business or related fields, with strong Excel and MS Office skills.
Formación
- Advanced English and pursuing International Business or related degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
Responsabilidades
- Export shipments by sea and air to the Caribbean and other end markets.
- Daily follow up to shipments in transit and ensure on-time deliveries
- Follow up with the planning team and end markets for shipment changes
- Follow up with carriers and forwarders for transport availability
- Creation of Transfer Orders in SAP
- Creation of Purchase Orders
- Improve internal KPIs and measure performance of carriers and forwarders
- Receipt of invoices, payments to suppliers and budget monitoring
