British American Tobacco México has an exciting opportunity for an International Logistics Intern in Monterrey. The role focuses on coordinating export shipments by sea and air, ensuring timely deliveries, and aligning with planning teams and end markets.

Formación

• Fluent/advanced English is required.
• Students in International Business or related fields are invited to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are preferred.

British American Tobacco México has an exciting opportunity for an International Logistics Intern in Monterrey

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Export shipments by sea and air to the Caribbean and other end markets.
• Daily follow up to shipments in transit and ensure on-time deliveries
• Follow up with the planning team and end markets for shipment changes
• Follow up with carriers and forwarders for transport availability
• Creation of Transfer Orders in SAP
• Creation of Purchase Orders
• Improvement of internal KPIs and measure the performance of carriers and forwarders
• Receipt of invoices, payments to suppliers and budget monitoring
