The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy of customs data and support the compliance area while supervising assigned personnel.

Formación

• Experience in import/export operations and customs processes.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Coordination with internal parties to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Training and supervising junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all import/export operations internally and externally.
• Manage Annex 24, Annex 22, Annex 30 compliance.
• Handle shipping data processing and invoicing.
• Audit and validate customs documents.
• Ensure data quality and compliance across operations.
• Supervise assistants/clerks/coordinators and staff administration.
