Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, WW Inventory Management based in Raritan, NJ to lead worldwide inventory plans and optimize supply chain performance. The role partners with regional planning, S&OP, product planning and logistics to ensure inventory meets commitments.

You will drive analytics, KPI delivery, and oversee global inventory programs across locations with 20-30% domestic and international travel. MBA or APICS are preferred and English fluency is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in planning, materials management, logistics, inventory control or sourcing/procurement.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• APICS certification highly preferred.
• Process Excellence certification highly preferred.
• Strong financial acumen or experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory strategic planning and business planning processes.
• Manage inventory commit/projection processes.
• Coordinate inventory optimization programs across locations.
• Deploy best-in-class inventory management practices.
• Ensure right item in right quantity without excess stock.
• Train supply chain teams on inventory management and KPIs.
• Develop processes to review improvements for new product introductions and lifecycle events.
• Collaborate across regions and functions to align programs and priorities.
