Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Inventory Manager to lead worldwide inventory planning and optimization from Juarez, MEX. You will drive the global planning process, partner with regional and product teams, and ensure inventories meet commitments while maintaining patient safety.

You will bring 10+ years in supply chain planning with strong analytical and financial skills, fluency in English, and experience with ERP/MRP/DP systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in planning, materials, logistics or inventory control.
• MBA or equivalent master’s degree desirable.
• APICS and Process Excellence certifications preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills essential.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global inventory planning and management processes.
• Drive accurate worldwide inventory plans and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Regional Planning, SN Planning, and Product Planning.
• Develop and monitor inventory improvement programs.
• Ensure alignment across regions and functions.
• Create and track performance indicators for improvements.
• Balance inventory with patient safety and commitments.
• Travel 20–30% domestically and internationally.
