RecSel International is seeking an experienced senior internal auditor to lead and perform corporate audits across the group's global operations. The role is based at the corporate centre in Mexico City with about 25% travel worldwide, mainly within the Americas.

You will lead audits, assess internal controls, and communicate conclusions clearly to local management. The right candidate will have 4–6 years of audit experience (Big 4 or internal audit) and be fluent in English, with opportunities

Formación

• 4–6 years of audit experience, from Big 4 or internal audit.
• Experience leading and performing corporate audit missions globally.
• Strong communication of audit conclusions, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel ~25% worldwide, primarily in the Americas.
• International mindset and potential career development within a multinational.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and undertake audits with the assistance of team members and guest auditors.
• Execute operational audits, financial reviews and internal controls assessments across global operations.
• Communicate audit conclusions to local management and follow up on findings; oversee audits as required.
• Undertake investigations, post-acquisition reviews or special consulting projects as needed.
