FORVIA HELLA seeks a seasoned Head of Operations Testing & Infrastructure to drive the development, industrialization, and deployment of testing solutions across multiple manufacturing sites. You will lead global programs for EOL testing, ICT fixtures, and tester manufacturing, while ensuring cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

The role requires strategic leadership, cross-regional coordination, and a strong background in automotive electronics manufacturing, with a focus on standardization

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred (Engineering, Technology Management, Operations, MBA).
• Minimum 10 years in Operations Testing or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading multinational engineering teams.
• Strong background in automotive electronics manufacturing.
• Experience managing international projects and cross-regional networks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global operations related to test and inspection systems development, assembly, validation, and deployment.
• Define and execute the global testing infrastructure strategy.
• Manage resources supporting international development and industrialization projects.
• Drive standardization of test technologies, processes, methods, and equipment across global sites.
• Ensure effective transfer of technology and know-how between regions and facilities.
• Lead strategic initiatives for testing technology roadmaps and infrastructure expansion.
• Coordinate global testing networks and technical communities.
• Achieve targets for quality, cost, delivery and productivity.
• Develop high-performance engineering teams and support recruitment and succession planning.
