Stellantisfinancialservices is seeking a Development Lead Closures for FESM in Mexico City. You will lead closure systems engineering, advise DR/SR engineers, and ensure adherence to CPCR and engineering standards across regions.

The role requires 8+ years in automotive closures, strong collaboration skills, and experience with NX and Teamcenter. You will drive documentation harmonization and support program launches and warranty activities.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in mechanical/Mechatronics or related field.
• 8+ years in automotive with closures components/systems.
• Working knowledge of NX and Teamcenter.
• Solid understanding of EBOM, CODEP, STV and TCR processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Capture, document, and cascade lessons learned across programs.
• Coach and guide engineers; support DR Engineers to follow processes and standards.
• Ensure CPCR compliance and adherence to design/process standards.
• Harmonize engineering documents across EMEA, LATAM, APAC regions.
• Assist CST and warranty activities for program launches.
• Develop and maintain DFMEA, DVP&R, and EKF guidelines and ensure usage.
• Review DFMEA and DVP&R; obtain DR/SR approvals for changes.
• Review and approve CCDs and IAAs.
• Serve as system owner for assigned closure systems and processes.
• Provide technical support to Program Chiefs, DR, and SR Engineers.
• Conduct design reviews and enforce best practices (e.g., Closures Design Checklist).
• Review compliance reports and drive corrective actions.
