Maersk is seeking a Senior Finance Associate in Mexico City to support financial governance, reporting, and analysis. You will partner with internal stakeholders across regions, drive month-end processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of core finance functions.

The role requires 4–7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong ERP and Excel skills. Collaboration with global teams and attention to control standards are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, controlling, audit, or shared services.
• Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite) and Excel for data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing with accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues.
• Prepare reporting packs, presentations, and management insights for stakeholders.
• Assist with balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and controls.
• Support process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with global teams to ensure data accuracy and transparency.
• Contribute to audit, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis for business projects and strategic initiatives.
