Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an exports planning & analytics analyst for a 1-year temporary assignment within the Planning team. The role bridges core supply chain operations with data automation to safeguard global product delivery.

You will own alert-driven monitoring, audit batch eligibility, and track regulatory clearances across international networks using automated tools and agile supply corrections. Proficiency in Python/Apps Script and ERP systems is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain planning, customer service, or logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP and Supply Chain Planning systems (e.g., SAP or Kinaxis).
• Programming or scripting experience (Python or Google Apps Script) with a strong interest in workflow and alert automation.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Shelf-Life & Supply Allocation Management: Manage 3–6 month alert-driven projection workflows to flag shelf-life risks and coordinate productions or network rebalances.
• Regulatory Compliance & Batch Eligibility: Audit plant production and batch codes to verify country-specific certifications and reserve compliant inventory for export.
• Export Clearance & Transactional Execution: Track daily local clearances, including lab sampling, financial clearance steps, and import permits before order release.
• Analytics Automation & Data Engineering: Maintain automated workflows using Google Apps Script and Python to generate programmatic alerts.
• Data Visualization & Documentation: Query batch metadata in Snowflake and maintain BI dashboards, documenting process logic for team continuity.
