Job summary

Brown-Forman Mexico is seeking a Senior Export Analyst to orchestrate end-to-end export logistics and manage international trade operations across multiple regions. You will supervise brokers, warehousing, carriers, and advisors to ensure compliant and timely exports for Herradura, Jimador, and other brands.

Role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, a strong grasp of trade regulations, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while optimizing inventory and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related field; knowledge of AEO and CTPAT certifications.
• Experience with International Logistics, Customs regulations, and Trade Compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end export logistics and international trade operations across regions ensuring full customs compliance.
• Coordinate shipments from Corporate Customer Service and US Supply Planning including finished goods and special orders.
• Maintain real-time order tracking with Customer Service and provide risk mitigation and status updates.
• Coordinate with Distribution Centers, carriers, customs brokers to ensure efficient freight forwarding and customs clearance.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to analyze inventory and prevent stockouts; support supply alignment.
• Generate, integrate, and validate customs documentation and Certificates of Origin as required.
