Baxter seeks an Analyst, IT – Global ERP Product Development to support ERP platforms and enterprise solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement. You will work with business and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and contribute to Baxter's digital transformation journey.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in ERP systems, application support, software development or technology environments.
• Internship, co-op, or project experience supporting business applications is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of ERP applications and related technologies.
• Assist in translating business requirements into technical solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
• Participate in the development of reports, interfaces, workflows, integrations, and automation solutions.
• Support implementation activities for system enhancements and projects.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while ensuring minimal business disruption.
