Bosch México is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Developer to design, code, configure, unit test and document software for Automotive Gateway ECUs and related platforms. You will work in an agile team, perform reviews, tests and documentation, and translate high-level requirements into detailed designs.

The role requires extensive low-level embedded C experience, CAN/CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet, AUTOSAR familiarity, and strong collaboration with international teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Software or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience writing low level embedded software in C language.
• 8+ years of experience using debuggers (iSystem, Lauterbach, etc.).
• 8+ years of experience using CM tools (Integrity, ClearCase, Synergy, Git, JIRA, etc.).
• Strong experience with diagnostic protocols such as UDS, OBD, J1939, J1699, J1979.
• Experience with CAN / CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet.
• 5+ years of experience with verification/validation tools (Vector CANoe, Intrepid Vehicle Spy).
• Knowledge of ASPICE, MISRA, FSM, CyberSecurity applied to SW development.
• Practical knowledge of AUTOSAR.
• Experience with Flash Bootloaders.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Experience collaborating with international teams.
• Scripting languages such as Python, Perl.
• Familiarity with test environments and testing methods.

Responsabilidades

• Produce high quality, efficient and maintainable code to implement solutions on automotive platforms.
• Work according to Agile methodology (Scrum), including code reviews, design reviews, testing and documentation.
• Analyze high-level requirements and translate into detailed specifications and designs.
• Propose innovative solutions and communicate with the team to collaborate accordingly.
• Write unit test code, structures, and scripts and support testers with issues.
• Coordinate with global team members to meet OEM deliverables.
• Support technically to global team members.
